Osmo for iPad
Are you looking for a way for students to interact with the iPad? Osmo does just that. Osmo is a gaming system that supports learning in social emotion skills, creative thinking, art, STEM, and common core. There are five apps to use with the base station: Numbers, Words, Newton, Tangram, and Masterpiece. Students can work in pairs, small groups or alone.
Tangram – spatial relational skills.
Words – spelling and critical thinking skills.
Newton – creative problem solving skills.
Masterpiece – drawing and creative confidence.
Numbers – counting, addition and multiplication.

Google Apps now has the ability to download (export) files in EPUB format. EPUB is the file format used to access documents and digital books on a variety of devices. If you’d like to download files as an EPUB – simply go to the File menu – Download as – EPUB Publication (.epub).

ItsLearning App
The Itslearning App is available in the Apple App Store or through Google Play. The app gives students a simple overview or their tasks, homework and assessments and notifies them of changes in itslearning such as new assignments and upcoming deadlines. Students can see the latest changes from their courses, can receive instant messages from itslearning and can see a task list.
