This recipe is for an olive oil and lemon fish. It is a great dish for dinner. This recipe can also be used for tilapia. I would describe it as a very light dish, although it can feed several. Enjoy!
Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
2 cod filets
1 onion
3 lemon
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
- Cut the onion into about ½ inch chunks, then cut 1 lemon into quarters set them aside in separate bowls.
- Start marinating the fish, rub olive oil into the filet for several minutes.
- Put the stove up to high heat, with the olive oil drizzled on the pan with, the onions, and 1 lemon’s worth of juice.
- When bottom is cooked, flip then continue cooking until it is cooked all the way through.
- Serve with olive oil and the remaining 2 lemons, cut in half.
