Hi guys!! It’s the week before February break! These are the cupcakes of the week! So cute right?!?! Here is the recipe:

  1. Bake any type of cupcake of your choice
  2. Next Frost the cupcake with vanilla frosting
  3. sprinkle with some big heart sprinkles
  4. Then make chocolate big lips, very small lips, and an envelope
