The snowflakes fall, tumbling to the ground on cold winter days. The children play, throwing snowballs on cold winter days. The fires sputter, scattering sparks above on cold winter days. The birds huddle, on the telephone wires on cold winter days. Meanwhile, I stay inside, watching all this happen on cold winter days.
